Most frequent questions and answers

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

The return address is set by default to the Si-Stock facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an e-mail notification will be sent to you.  If Si-Stock’s facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

If you haven’t registered an account on Si-Stock and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Returned by Customer – It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products.  The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return,

therefore Si-Stock reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

DHL Express Worldwide
Express air shipment service with delivery to 220 countries by 18:00 the following day within Europe, 2-5 days for the rest of the world.
DHL Economy
Shipping service for less urgent and heavy shipments with delivery within Europe in 7 days.
UPS Express the next day
Express air shipment service with delivery to 220 countries by 18:00 the following day in Europe.
Store Pickup (EX-Works)
Collect your order at our warehouse in Riga in Latvia, either personally or through your own courier. You will receive a notification by email or phone when your order is ready for collection.

DELIVERY TIME
Products in stock are shipped in 1 or 2 working days after receipt of payment.
Products out of stock will be ordered from the manufacturer (Order on request) and then shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
Delivery times depend on the location of the delivery address, chosen shipping service and customs procedures.
Order on request
Products out of stock are managed through Order on request (order to the manufacturer). On the product page, it is specified as:
Usually ships in X days*
On the checkout page, it is indicated with the text Order on request if the product is not available in our warehouse. In addition, the order confirmation states the estimated delivery time for the products on Order on request.
The Order on request delivery time depends on the manufacturer and ordered product, as the ordered product can be:
• Available at manufacturer’s warehouse
• Currently not available at manufacturer’s warehouse, which needs to be manufactured
• Generally not managed in the warehouse, manufactured only upon the order receipt.
 
The number of days in which the product on backorder will be shipped is indicative and may be subject to delays that do not depend on si-stock.com but on the manufacturer.
* The number of days is intended as business days
* The number of days specified is the standard delivery time from Manufacturer to si-stock.com and could be longer due to the manufacturer’s delays.

If you would like a make a change to your order, you must inform us as soon as you can by submitting a request. We strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible after they are placed, and that typically only leaves a small window for adjustments to be made. Please note that as a result of our rapid fulfillment times, not all order alteration/cancellation requests can be honored. The sooner you put a request in, the greater the likelihood we can make the change for you.

The following change requests can generally be honored, provided you put the request in soon enough after the order was placed (here).

  1. Updating the shipment address (within the same country)
  2. Removing and refunding items from the order
  3. Adding items to the order
  4. Exchanging items in the order with different products
  5. Cancelling the order
  6. Downgrading the shipping method.

However, there are several aspects of your order which usually cannot be adjusted after the order has been placed..

  1. Updating the shipping address to that of another country
  2. Updating the billing address
  3. Changing the payment method
  4. Upgrading the shipping method

Please note that in the case of orders containing Custom goods, we may or may not be able to refund/cancel them or change their specifications, depending on whether or not work has yet begun on them. As always, it is best to contact us as soon as possible.
